At Floofbol, we appreciate your business! Thank you for helping us with our ambition to become the fluffiest soccer club in the world. While these toys have been carefully designed with quality in mind, they are not indestructible.

All products are considered to be a final sale. In the unlikely event, you receive a defective toy, please contact us at floofbol.dogtoys@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange.

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported to Floofbol LLC within 2 days from receipt of your order and will be promptly replaced or refunded.

Clearance and sale items are always considered a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
